What Does the Insurance Cover?

You insure your property for the year, covering up to €50,000 for all your rental risks.

Is there a deductible?

Our program applies after a €30 deductible.

Is there a waiting period?

There is a 30-day waiting period between two instances of loss of income or business interruption.

Within what timeframe must a claim be reported?

You may report your issue to us and request reimbursement within 15 days from the departure date of the tenant who caused the damage.

What does the pest control guarantee cover?

We cover treatment costs (invoice from a disinfection company) and any accommodation expenses incurred by the owner to rehouse tenants, up to an annual limit of €10,000.

We do not cover detection costs.

Is a security deposit required?

Meetch Cover is unrelated to the security deposit. If you wish to request one, it is not an issue for us.
