It’s faster than the first one: you know how the process works, you’re familiar with the paperwork, and the relationship is already established. Most of the time is spent getting the property ready and handling the formalities specific to that property.

Any potential rate reduction is handled through an amendment, on a property-by-property basis.
Each property has its own performance characteristics. Do not apply the results from one property to another without taking into account the location and type of property.
Properties of different types are listed on different platforms: apartments on Airbnb and Booking, and houses on Airbnb and Abritel.
