Phase 3 · Integration and Market Launch

The Integration Process, Step by Step

From signing the contract to the first online listing, allow two to four weeks—most of which depends on you.

How long does it take from the time you sign with your property management company until the first reservation for your vacation rental in Toulon? The onboarding process answers this question, step by step: compliance documents, inventory, preparation, photo shoot, listings, and approval. Two to four weeks in total—with one important fact to keep in mind from the start: you are the critical path.

This page provides an overview. Each step in Phase 3—from the photo shoot to final approval—has its own page, listed in the actual order of operations.

Landmark

The joint inspection report must be prepared within fifteen days of the signing, and in any event before the property is first rented out.

Good to Know

The key tasks proceed in parallel: while you gather the materials, we prepare the pricing, the welcome booklet, and the ad templates. The faster you hit your milestones, the closer you get to going live.

The Mistake to Avoid

Aim to go live the day before the peak season begins. A new listing needs a few weeks and some initial reviews to establish its ranking: starting in May to target July is a good strategy; starting in late June means you’ll be playing catch-up with the season.

Points to Watch For
Warning

If you are not present, appoint a representative who is available and has decision-making authority. This is stipulated in the contract, and it is essential for both the joint inventory and day-to-day decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Two to four weeks: What makes the difference?

The speed at which the parts are delivered and the condition of the property. The rest is up to us and follows a consistent schedule: three days between the photo shoot and the listings, approval, and going live.

Can I speed up the process?

Yes. The units are ready as soon as the contract is signed, and the apartments are fully furnished: the photo shoot is followed immediately by the initial cleaning, and the listing fee is on the lower end of the range.

What happens if I live abroad?

You appoint a representative with decision-making authority, who will be present, in particular, for the joint inventory. The rest of the process is managed remotely.

When do the first reservations come in?

The calendar opens as soon as it goes live. It then takes a few weeks for a new listing to be ranked: that’s precisely why we don’t launch it on the eve of peak season.
