You have 14 days to change your mind, for any reason, and you don't lose that right by asking us to get started right away.
Signing a contract with a short-term rental agency in Toulon is a decision that should be made after careful consideration. When the contract is entered into remotely or off-premises, the law grants you a right of withdrawal: you have fourteen days to cancel your commitment without having to provide a reason. This page explains the timeframe, how to exercise this right, and the very common situation in which you ask us to begin the service before the period expires.
The idea behind the system is simple: no one wants to lose two weeks of rental income from their vacation rental. So you can get started right away—including the photo shoot and listing—without compromising your consumer protection.
The deadline is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
Using the form attached to the contract, or by any unambiguous statement sent by certified mail with return receipt requested or by email. The right is validly exercised as long as the notice is sent before the deadline expires: the date of mailing is what counts, not the date of receipt.
You are then signing an express request for early performance. This request does not cause you to lose your right of withdrawal; it merely changes what you owe if you exercise that right.
No other fees. No compensation, no processing fees.
We will immediately cease all marketing activities, remove any ads we have posted, return all keys, access credentials, and codes, and log out of your accounts. Any payments you have made will be refunded within fourteen days via the same payment method.
If your request for early performance was not made in writing, you owe us nothing, even if we have performed the work. This is the counterpart to our obligation to provide information, and it works entirely in your favor.
Misunderstanding the starting point of the time limit. The fourteen-day period begins on the date the contract is signed, not on the date of the first service. If the photo shoot takes place three weeks after the contract is signed, the time limit has already expired.
Reservations that have already been confirmed with guests remain governed by the rental agreement between them and you. Your withdrawal ends our involvement, but not their stays: it is up to you to handle the rest or cancel them in accordance with the platforms’ terms and conditions.
I'm backing out on the tenth day—you'd already done the photo shoot and the ad. How much do I owe?
The portion of the integration fee corresponding to these two services, and nothing else. Details of the fee components are provided on page 1.4.
Can I back out after hosting my first guest?
Yes, provided that the fourteen-day period has not yet expired. The fees for this stay are still due, since it has been completed.
Can I cancel by simply sending an email?
Yes. Any unambiguous statement is sufficient; the form attached to the contract is a convenience, not a requirement.
When will I be reimbursed?
Within fourteen days of your cancellation, using the same payment method you used originally.
