Handover: keys, inventory, condition report

Within eight days of the contract's expiration:

• The complete set of keys
• All access rights, usernames, and administrator codes
• Our withdrawal from accounts opened on the platforms

Within the same time frame, all of our belongings left in the residence: cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.

Reciprocal. If a formal notice sent by certified mail remains unanswered for fifteen days, a penalty of €50 per day of delay will apply, up to a maximum of the replacement value of the unreturned items.

A final walk-through allows you to compare the condition of the unit to the joint move-in inspection report and note any changes. This is also the time to determine who owns what, especially if furniture or linens have been replaced during the lease term.

• The original description remains the standard of reference, even several years later. If it has not been updated, the comparison will be questionable.
• A smart lock installed by us belongs to you once you have paid for it. We will provide you with the administrator codes.
• Change the codes after we leave. It's just a standard safety precaution—not out of any particular mistrust.
