A single calendar, synchronized across platforms, where each status has a different consequence.
Your property is listed online: the calendar becomes your daily dashboard. It tells you what’s sold, what’s available, what’s on hold, and why. Reading it carefully means understanding what each status allows or prohibits, because not all statuses carry the same weight: some are resolved with a simple message, while others trigger a contract.
This page describes the five statuses you'll encounter and the synchronization mechanism that protects your short-term rental from double bookings.
A reservation made on one platform immediately blocks the dates on the other. This happens automatically and permanently: the risk of double bookings—while never completely eliminated—is reduced to the latency of the interfaces, which is just a few minutes.
Two-night gaps between stays are common during peak season, when minimum stay requirements are high. Filling those gaps at all costs often costs more in room turnover than it brings in.
Cancel a confirmed reservation. It cannot be rescheduled: Cancellation results in fees charged by the platform and lowers your rating, sometimes permanently. These fees are not our responsibility.
Notify us early about your personal use periods: the reservation is automatically held as long as no booking has been confirmed. Once the booking is confirmed, it is no longer held.
Can I reschedule a confirmed reservation?
No. The confirmation constitutes a contract with the traveler: cancellation results in platform fees and a rating penalty, which are beyond our control.
Why is this two-night slot still empty?
Because it's too short to meet the minimum duration requirement. This is normal during peak season, and making up the difference by shortening the duration often costs more in terms of rotations than it brings in.
Is it possible to make a double reservation?
The risk is limited to the latency of the interfaces, which is just a few minutes: synchronization automatically and continuously locks the data across platforms.
How do I block dates for myself?
By simple written request: the reservation is automatically held as long as no other reservation has been confirmed for that period. The complete procedure is described on page 4.2.
