Your accounts and ads belong to you

• User accounts created on the platforms
• Listings, descriptions, and photographs
• Ratings and reviews associated with listings
• Organic Search Engine Optimization

We access it as a co-host or delegated administrator, solely for the purpose of providing services. This access does not confer any ownership rights upon us.

We are logging out of the accounts and revoking our access. We will not delete, modify, or damage any ads or accounts in the process.

Your listings will remain active, your history will remain, your reviews will remain, and your ranking will not be reset.

The rights were transferred to you upon full payment of the integration fee, on a non-exclusive basis, for the statutory term of protection and worldwide. You may retain and reuse them freely to market the product.

We reserve the right to use them for marketing purposes, while respecting your privacy and without disclosing the exact address of the property.

• Ensure continuity. A listing with no one available to respond to travelers quickly loses its appeal: the response rate is a ranking factor.
• Until the contract actually expires, we will continue to provide services as usual. The transition does not begin upon notification, but at the end of the notice period.
• Retrieve the access credentials before the end of the notice period, not after.
