Your accounts and ads belong to you

No need to set anything up again: accounts, ads, search engine optimization, and reviews remain linked to your accounts.

This is the most common fear people have before entrusting a vacation rental to a property management company: losing, upon leaving, what they’ve spent years building—especially reviews and ratings.

There is no cause for concern here, and for a structural reason: the accounts are opened in your name. We act as a co-host or delegated manager solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Our access to your accounts does not grant us any ownership rights. It begins upon signing and ends upon termination, without taking anything with us.

What Belongs to You

User accounts created on the platforms.
Listings, descriptions, and photographs.
The ratings and reviews associated with listings, which are often the most difficult asset to replicate.
The search engine rankings achieved on each platform.

What Happens When We Withdraw

We are logging out of the accounts and deleting our access credentials. We will not delete, modify, or damage any ads or accounts in the process.

In practical terms: your listings remain active, your history remains, your reviews remain, and your ranking isn't reset. There's nothing you need to recreate the next day.

The Photographs

The rights were transferred to you upon full payment of the integration fee, on a non-exclusive basis, for the statutory term of protection and worldwide. You may retain and reuse them freely to market the product, including with another service provider.

We reserve the right to use them for marketing purposes, while respecting your privacy and without disclosing the exact address of the property.

Good to Know

The transfer of photographic rights takes effect upon full payment of the integration fee, as described on page 1.4. It is therefore not contingent on the end of the contract: the photographs belong to you from the very beginning.

The Real Risk of a Transition

It’s not a legal issue; it’s an operational one. An active listing with no one to respond to travelers quickly loses its appeal, since the response rate is a ranking factor on all platforms. Just a few days of inactivity are enough to cause a drop in rankings, which will then have to be regained.

The Mistake to Avoid

Wait until the end of the notice period to retrieve your access credentials and make arrangements for what comes next. Retrieve everything during the notice period, not after—that’s when everyone is still on board.

Points to Watch For

Ensure the continuity of passenger services starting on the first day after the contract ends, either by handling it yourself or through another service provider.
Until the effective date, we will continue to provide services as usual. The transition does not begin upon notification, but at the end of the notice period.
Make sure you have the primary login credentials, and not just a secondary account created along the way.
Upload your photos in full resolution rather than relying on the compressed versions posted on the platforms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose my reviews if I leave?

No. Reviews are linked to your listings on your accounts. Our removal does not affect them.

Will my ranking start over from zero?

No. The search engine ranking you've earned will remain. However, it may decline later if you no longer respond to travelers.

Can I reuse the photos elsewhere?

Yes, freely and without any geographic or time restrictions, as the rights have been transferred to you upon full payment of the integration fee.

Can you delete a listing when you leave?

No, that is expressly prohibited. We do not delete, modify, or deface any ads or accounts when they are removed.
